HOW WE CREATED A SUCCESSFUL REAL ESTATE LAUNCH CAMPAIGN USING POSTCARD ART.

The launch of Spenta Corporation’s tower, Stardeous in Byculla has been a huge success.

The background is – Spenta had launched an art-deco tower containing neo-classical designer homes.

They approached Scarecrow to create an impactful campaign.

Since Stardeous is located in South Mumbai, our approach was to look for inspiration in the beautiful environs and amazing architecture of this part of the city.

We did something totally against the grain. Instead of showing the renders of the facade, we went retro and deployed a unique art form – postcard art.

Our artists created a series of 12 designer postcards that could be used as collector’s items!

And we tied this with a powerful brand idea – Old Mumbai Glam!

Through this campaign, Scarecrow Scarecrow M&C Saatchi elevated the marketing of Stardeous beyond conventional boundaries.
