Scarecrow has been awarded the prestigious mandate to handle the advertising duties of ‘IPICOL’ for a period of 2 years.
IPICOL stands for Industrial Promotion and Investment Corporation of Odisha.
Dentsu was the other agency in the final shortlist.
The account was earlier handled by Lowe Lintas.
