SCARECROW AND RELIANCE JEWELS PAY TRIBUTE TO BENGAL WITH THE SWARN BANGA COLLECTION

Swarn Banga, a campaign by Scarecrow, carried forward Reliance Jewels’ legacy of creating jewellery that mirrors India’s history and captures the essence of Bengal’s culture and artistic heritage.

For the Bengal-inspired collection, our team focused on the poetic beauty and artistic soul of the region. We drew inspiration from Bengal’s famous terracotta temples, the peaceful and creative spirit of Shantiniketan and the energy during Durga Pujo. Every piece in the collection carried Bengal’s artistic legacy and cultural roots in its form and details.

Bengal had always been known for its art, literature, music, and craftsmanship, and held a unique place in India’s cultural history. The Swarn Banga collection paid tribute to this legacy. With its detailed designs, fine craftsmanship, and elegant style, it represented Reliance Jewels’ dedication to celebrating India’s heritage through meaningful jewellery.

Over the years, Reliance Jewels had taken its customers on a cultural journey through each collection. Every theme brought alive stories from the past and turned jewellery into timeless pieces of art. Swarn Banga continued this promise by capturing Bengal’s sensibilities and eternal charm.

The collection was launched by Karisma Kapoor. She unveiled the collection and walked the ramp as the showstopper. She expressed her happiness in wearing the jewellery and shared that each piece felt like a true work of art. According to her, the collection beautifully brought together the essence of West Bengal. She encouraged everyone to explore the Swarn Banga collection if they wanted elegance and cultural depth in their jewellery. For her, Swarn Banga was more than just jewellery; it felt like wearing a piece of Bengal’s heart and history.

The Swarn Banga collection continued Reliance Jewels’ journey of exploring India through design. Earlier collections had drawn inspiration from several regions. The Thanjavur collection celebrated the Chola Empire’s heritage, while the Mahalaya collection captured the essence of Maharashtra. The Rankaar collection reflected the spirit of the Rann of Kutch, and the Kaasyam collection highlighted the beauty of Banaras. The Odisha-inspired Utkala collection showed the vibrant coastal culture. The Atulyaa collection celebrated Rajasthan and the Mughal era, while the Apurvam collection paid tribute to the stunning architecture of Hampi. These collections are not just jewellery but stories of India’s history and traditions.
